The Figure Room presents MIRRORED BALANCE, a life drawing session inspired by Libra’s themes of duality and reflection. Two female models take the platform, holding mirrored poses that invite artists to study equilibrium and symmetry. Set in a calm, creative and atmospheric space, this session encourages presence and observation while deepening studies of the female figure through balance, mood, and reflection.
The two-hour session is untutored, giving you the freedom to observe the model in your own way and translate what you see into your unique visual language. Surrounded by stillness, sound, and motion, it’s a space to focus, experiment, and draw with presence alongside others who share your love of figurative art.
Based in Sydney CBD, The Figure Room invites all artists, from beginners to students to experienced artists, to join this unique life drawing session.
Please bring your preferred materials. If you’re just starting out, we’ve got art supplies ready so you can dive right in. Unfortunately, oil paints and solvents are not permitted due to building safety requirements.
